Hosting: Our website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA). Vercel processes technical data including IP addresses on the basis of our legitimate interest in reliable and secure delivery of the website (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR). Transfer to the United States is covered by Vercel's EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) certification (Art. 45 GDPR adequacy decision) and EU standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 (2) lit. c GDPR).

Contact form: when you submit the contact form, we process your name, email address, optional phone number, subject category and message content based on your explicit consent (Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR), which you give by ticking the consent checkbox before submitting. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@terrassenhotel-edertal.de. To prevent automated spam, we additionally process a cryptographic hash of your IP address based on our legitimate interest in system security (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR); no plaintext IP is stored. Email delivery and the automatic confirmation reply are handled by Resend Inc. (2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA) acting as our processor; transfer to the USA is covered by Resend's DPF certification and EU standard contractual clauses.

Social media & third-party services: the full German version describes our use of Facebook, Instagram, Google Fonts, Google Maps, CentralPlanner and similar tools, including the relevant legal bases and data transfers.
